雨や地下水が多いところから採れるクレイのため、水に溶けにくいシリカやアルミニウムの比率が高いクレイです。
そのため微量元素の比率も非常に低く、pHも弱酸性に近く、肌に優しいクレイです。
フランスでは、エステや天然化粧品によく使われています。
吸着・吸収の働きが優しいため、お肌が敏感な方や反応しやすい方にも使いやすいクレイです。
